After reading Christmas Controversy on Wikipedia I was left with the need to take a serious look at my own, emotionally rabid, thoughts and prejudices. If I have time I will add to this post, but in the mean time gloss over the Wikipedia article. There are some very interesting and disturbing realities regarding the history of the festival known as Christmas.
